Stuiben Falls
in Umhausen
Tirol’s biggest waterfall drops across 2 steep steps from Niederthai into the valley on a total height of 159 meters. A footpath and steel step construction take visitors close the rushing mountain waters. About 700 steps and an exposed, 80 meter long suspension bridge lead hikers and mountaineers to the starting point of the waterfall in Niederthai, past scenic viewing platforms and the thundering water masses.

Birds of Prey Park
How did Ötzi, the world-famous Iceman, live? The Ötzi Village is dedicated to the sensational find of the mummified corpse of "Ötzi" in the Ötztal Alps. It gives an insight into life in the Neolithic age by showing not only a film and exhibition but also typical dwellings in the outdoors. Around 15 different species of birds of prey can be experienced up close in spectacular bird shows on the approx. 5000 m² barrier-free area of the Birds of Prey Park.

Umhausen’s swimming lake, filled with pure drinking water (degree of hardness: 0), offers large sunbathing areas in a wonderful atmosphere just ideal for relaxation, beach volleyball and tennis for sports aficionados. There is also a playground and a diving platform for children, where they can romp around to their hearts’ content.
